When looking for a wedding planner, you hope for quality service, a good network, and knowledge. Tanya and her team have surpassed every expectation and more. Their level of service has been unparalleled, they listened intently to our vision and used their inherently creative dispositions and passion to really ensure every detail was thoroughly thought through. Our wedding was beautiful. Their network of contacts was so impressive, we were never left wanting for choices. Even when asking for something a little random and left-field, Tanya. have done it before and have exactly the right contact in mind. Our guests are still talking about how special our catering and music was! TEGI are total experts in Spain, they know exactly what needs to be considered and by when. When it comes to accommodation, organizing pre-wedding dinners and transport their expertise made this a seamless and stress-free process. TEGI. were excellent, an embodiment of a professional and personal service. To truly understand this, let me share a small exert of our day: It was an September morning in Spain and we had planned an almost entirely outdoors event. Despite over a decade of scorching hot sun during this month of the year; as we peeled back the curtains – nothing but cloudy skies were in sight. A quick message from Tanya read: “Happy wedding morning! Looking forward to the wonderful day ahead!” – not a mention of the grim skyline. What I didn’t know at the time was that Tanya and her crew were furiously brainstorming back-up plans should the threatening sky unleash. As the morning turned to afternoon, the weather had not improved. Whilst my bridesmaids and I were busy getting ready, Tanya had already racked up 10,000 steps on her fitness tracker and had been navigating the army of vendors that had arrived – sorting various pieces out whilst keeping everything undercover. All the while, keeping me calm and ensuring that the day was going to be great. The rain continued. When Tanya had to broach the subject of the weather – she did so with grace and reassurance – not any easy conversation to have with clients. We had decided to keep it outside. Once we had made that decision, not once did Tanya try to talk us out of it or make us feel nervous. She was soothing and comforting. As it happened, shortly after we made the decision to stay outside, the rain stopped. Whilst the weather was calm, my nerves were not. As I became increasingly nervous – Tanya was there on hand reassuring me. Whilst this would usually be the role of the bridesmaids or mother of the bride, Tanya was truly the expert – without her, I wouldn’t have had any mascara left on. Needless to say the rest of the day was a success, truly a testament to the Boutique Wedding Co. – Thank you so much for creating the most memorable day of our lives.
