The perfect solution for those event organizers who like to take a hands-on approach to the planning of their event but would like the direction and assistance of a professional to make the process less overwhelming. This offering includes similar tasks as outlined in the platinum package, however with this solution the client will share in the work load.

Silver Package

When all the planning and organization for your event is completed, TEGI will step in to ensure that all your efforts result in an idyllic, memorable, and flawless event. As part of our Silver Package, we will meet with you approximately one month before the day of your event and familiarize ourselves with every detail and nuance of your special occasion. In the subsequent weeks, our team will work closely with you to create a thorough timeline, determine final tasks and contact your vendors to confirm all arrangements.

• Review of event day itinerary with your corporate event coordinator and designated stakeholders



• Instruction on seating plans and special arrangements for ushers

A La Carte is designed for clients who wish to have a very specific support arrangement for their event and desire the flexibility to mix and match support efforts , while requiring day-of coordination services. Whether it's a corporate luncheon, off-site or fund raiser, our team knows that you would rather relax, not worry about details, nor run around dealing with logistics. On the day-of your event, TEGI will take over. You will be able to relax knowing everything is taken care of. We offer a wide range of a la carte services to suit every need.
